Council of State - Reflex - Chrono

Descriptive and analytic data about domestic legislation chosen because of their usefulness for the performance of the judicial and consultative tasks of the Council of State. Among them chiefly:

a) The majority of laws of general application published in the Belgian Moniteur;
b) Suspension or annulment decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Council of State concerning the above-mentioned legislation.
